Speedy redressal of the grievances.

As per PMLA Amendment, linking of Aadhaar with Demat/Trading account is mandatory. All the existing clients shall link their Aadhar by 31st March 2018. In case the account is not linked within the aforesaid time limit, it will be blocked till Aadhaar Submission.

As per NSDL Cicular No: NSDL/POLICY/2017/0022 dated 17th April,2017 ,all Individual and entity accounts opened from 1st July2014 to 31st August 2015 has to submit Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) self declaration (CLICK TO DOWNLOAD ATTACHED FATCA) till 30th April2017.All the Account Holders who have opened the Demat Account from the period 01072014 to 31082015 are informed to submit the FATCA self declaration to their nearest DP .In case self certification are not provided till 30th April2017,the Accounts would be blocked.

As per SEBI Letter on collection of email Ids and Bank Account Details and with Reference to NSDL Circular No: NSDL/POLICY/2017/0009 dated 28th February,2017 ,it has ben observed that Email Ids,Bank Account Details ,Mobile Number ,SMS Alert of many existing clients are not linked to their Demat Accounts or updated with their latest Bank Account thereby forcing companies to issue printed cheques/warrants and non-receipt of SMS alerts to the client.It is requested to all existing Account Holders to contact their nearest DP for updation of mentioned details in their Demat Accounts .

All existing Individual Demat Account Holders are advised to submit Aadhar number along with copy of Aadhar Card to their nearest FSC's .
